Business Operations Manager & Transformation Enthusiast
In my role as a business manager and in my philosophy of life, I believe that the pursuit of understanding is the path to real solutions. Only those who are truly willing to understand can bring about lasting change and forge valuable connections.
My Professional Experience:
I am an industrial clerk and business economist, and my journey has taken me through various facets of the business world. After my training as an international industrial clerk, I pursued my high school diploma and studied business administration.
Over the past ten years, I have gained exciting experience in sales management within the industry, e-commerce, and the automotive sector. A particularly formative experience was my time building a digital startup, where I developed innovative solutions with passion and creativity.
Today, I bring my knowledge, my understanding and enthusiasm for business management to The Human Impact Advisors. I firmly believe that genuine understanding is the key to sustainable change. This conviction drives me to continuously seek the best solutions and to forge meaningful connections.
More about Myself:
I am an ENTJ, known for my strategic mindset.
My strengths, as highlighted by Cappfinity, include my ability to make the best use of time, show empathy and build rapport quite easily.
I am adaptable and so can handle different situations with a sense of ease.
A great passion of mine is language, and I am currently learning Italian. Life after ‘dolce far niente’ sounds interesting, but it is a challenge for me.
