Michael worked for 18 years as a teacher, leader, university lecturer and school counsellor in Bremen and Hamburg. Since 1996 he has been working independently. He accompanies the TOP management of large systems as well as start-ups, usually over longer periods of time. These include renowned companies such as Beiersdorf, tesa, Chanel, ERGO, Jungheinrich, Daimler, EWE, HPA, pilot…
For a good 20 years he has also worked on stage with the acting coach Ingo Schöne. He is interested in how role clarity and presence can form a strong bond to improve one’s own effectiveness – without doggedness and strain. In the meantime, he enjoys his profound „not-knowing“ and thus remains curious and open-minded towards everything new (and searching „newcomers“).
If I could live my life again,
in the next one I would try
to make more mistakes.
I would not try to be so perfect,
I would relax more.
I would be a bit crazier,
than I have been,
I would take fewer things seriously.

I would travel more,
watch more sunsets,
climb more mountains,
swim in more rivers.

productively;
of course, I had moments of joy,

I would walk barefoot from the beginning of spring

if I had my life ahead of me.

and I know that I am dying soon.
